2025 Franchise Awards was one of the highlights of our time together at our Harmony Conference. We love getting to recognize and award each of our franchise owners who worked so hard the previous year. Each year the competition gets tougher as we have so many achieving franchise owners.
We base our franchise awards on our core values of:
💜 Be Joyful
💜 Respect Others
💜 Positive Impact
💜 Do What’s Right
💜 Be Generous
💜 Exceed Expectations.
Each of our owners exhibit all of these core values, but a few were selected for special recognition for our 2025 Franchise Awards:

Lynn and Rernardo Driver you are both an excellent example of all our core values!
Be Joyful, Respect Others, Make a positive Impact, Do What’s Right, Generosity, and Exceed Expectations**—and Lynn and Rernardo Driver embody each of these with unwavering dedication.
- Be Joyful—If you’ve ever met Lynn, you know this is a given. A smile is her constant companion, and her positivity is contagious.
- Respect Others—Lynn and Rernardo are incredible listeners. Every conversation with them is filled with genuine care and a deep desire to understand and uplift others. Their reliability and commitment to our community are unmatched—they show up, every time, without fail. Family meetings, growth meetings—you name it, they’re there. We don’t take attendance, but if we did, I’m pretty sure they’d have perfect attendance!
- Impact—This one is easy! They don’t just succeed; they help others rise with them. They volunteered to mentor a new owner, they invest in their photographers’ growth, and despite running a business with over **$400K in sales**, they continue attending growth meetings—not for themselves, but to support the next generation of owners.
- Do What’s Right—With Lynn and Rernardo, there’s no question. Their integrity is evident in every interaction, decision, and action they take.
- Generosity—Lynn has a special way of spreading joy, often shipping brownies to celebrate new accounts or brighten someone’s day. Their generosity extends beyond gestures—it’s in the way they pour into their team, their clients, and our entire franchise family. They also were the catalyst in supporting one of their partner school’s teachers- they held a charity event and were able to give the family almost 5K.
- Exceed Expectations—Their customer service is top-notch, and their schools can’t stop raving about them on social media! And let’s not forget Rernardo—he may not always be in the spotlight, but, like so many great partners, he’s the backbone making everything happen. And speaking of exceeding expectations—every single one of his images received a **merit** this year!
Lynn and Rernardo, you are shining examples of what it means to be part of this franchise family. It is my absolute honor to present the Purple Crown Award to our first multi-state owners, Lynn and Rernardo Driver, and their incredible team!
