Answered the Call in Arizona

When Spoiled Rotten Photography founder, Melissa Tash placed an Indeed ad in Phoenix, she was hoping to find a photographer who could take pictures for a few days each year at one of our nationally contracted schools. Little did she know that a single ad would lead to not just one new franchise owner, but TWO!  We had already started a partnership with several schools in Phoenix and we were sending out of state traveling photography teams to serve them.

Cessie Neufeld answered the call for hire in Arizona spring of 2022. Cessie already had photography experience, but when she saw how much fun she could have taking pictures of preschoolers at the local Little Sunshine’s Playhouse, she wanted to know more. She quickly learned that SRP offered franchise ownership throughout the US, so she asked to be considered for franchise ownership!

Answering the Call in Arizona

Cessie loved that she could have a flexible schedule for her family and would be provided with proven systems to make business ownership easy, she was sold. Cessie went all-in and earned the distinction of the fastest return on investment (ROI) for any SRP franchise owner – in her case, her very first season!

Business was growing like gangbusters when she hired Alleigh Gonah to help her manage the growth. Alleigh wanted to get into photography and was excited to be a part of the preschool photography experience that Cessie was creating.  She assisted Cessie with photography sessions and was training to become a photographer. She had a background working with children as a coach and piano teacher.

With her positive energy, ability to connect with children, and business mindset, Alleigh was a perfect match for Spoiled Rotten Photography long before she inquired about franchise ownership.  It didn’t take long for Alleigh to realize that she also loved the idea of operating her own territory in Arizona.

Alleigh joined our growing franchise family in the Summer of 2023, when she opened the Gilbert, AZ location. With her competitive spirit, she also set a new sales record in her first season, breaking the one previously set by her counterpart, Cessie.

The Dream Team

These two friends and former co-workers are now both owner-operators! They’ve found that operating close in proximity to each other has proven to be both helpful and lucrative. Both locations have won the hearts of parents and directors across the greater Phoenix area and have grown well beyond those first few national accounts.

They are both looking to grow and expand their teams in their local areas so they can continue to answer the calls in Arizona of preschools looking for the Spoiled Rotten Photography picture day experience.

The Future is Bright

Spoiled Rotten Photography’s presence and future in Arizona is certainly bright with these two young, energetic franchise owners. If you know anyone looking to join their dynamic teams as an assistant or photographer, please reach out HERE.
