Over the course of the next year, Spoiled Rotten Photography is offering 4 scholarships**.
– One for a Veteran or Veteran’s spouse
– One for an Alpha Xi Delta alumna
– One for a Junior League member or Sustainer
– One for a deserving person that does not meet the above criteria
During my service in the United States Army, I learned many lessons, the greatest of which was to be a servant leader. Knowing firsthand about the sacrifices our soldiers and their families make every day, I am inspired to give back this holiday season. Being a soldier taught me the values of leadership, community focus and dedication, while giving me a sense of belonging to something larger than myself – something that made a difference. Today, I am the proud founder of Spoiled Rotten Photography, a growing franchise with a sharp focus on the delivery of beautifully captured school portraits. Every day I get to experience the joy of bringing happiness to others – whether they are a child I am photographing, a school administrator I am helping, a parent who is receiving the gift of a stunning photo of their son or daughter, or a Spoiled Rotten Photography franchise owner who is building their own homegrown business. Spoiled Rotten Photography has been a blessing to me and this holiday season I want to share that same blessing with a fellow veteran. That’s why I created Blessings in Development.
Two additional organizations helped shape me into the person that I am today, Alpha Xi Delta Sorority, and The Junior League. Both of these organizations also taught me the values of leadership, community focus and dedication, while giving me a sense of belonging to something larger than myself – something that made a difference. I created Blessings in Development to bless others. Others whom I feel will take this blessing and share it with others in their own community as well.
Spoiled Rotten Photography (SRP) is a franchise, and, like any franchise, there is an upfront fee to purchase the franchise rights. Many large franchise concepts will hire a “developer” to recruit, vet, and sign new franchise owners. Some franchisors outsource this task to firms that charge 30 – 50% of the franchise fee to find suitable owners. Rather than pay that fee to a sales agent or firm, I want to pass those savings on to a deserving person who will make a great addition to our SRP family.
