Amanda Saves the Day

Amanda Day saves the day at preschools across the Midwest!

When Amanda Day became a Spoiled Rotten Photography franchise owner in Kansas City, she didn’t know it would lead to making so many new friends across the Midwest! SRP had preschool partnerships established not only in Kansas City, but also surrounding Rogers, AR, Springfield, MO, St. Louis, MO, and Omaha, NE. Amanda saved the day for us and hit the road each season to serve each of these schools like they were her own family.

Amanda’s consistently beautiful imagery caught the attention of a parent at one of our St. Louis partner schools, and Steve Haden became our first St. Louis franchise owner in 2023. In the past few months, Amanda helped us transition our Springfield, MO and Rogers, AR schools to our new territory managers, as well.

Amanda said, “Traveling to cover locations without a SRP owner has been an incredible experience for me. I’ve loved the opportunity to make friends in so many different areas and build genuine connections with school staff. No matter what school I’m in, I treat it like my own, investing my time and energy into creating a great experience for everyone.

One of my favorite moments was discovering that an LSP assistant director in St. Louis had a niece at one of the schools I photograph in Kansas City. I’ve enjoyed sharing sneak peeks with her and seeing how these connections make the world feel a little smaller.

Getting to meet and work with people across the Midwest has truly been a joy. As my kids get busier with after-school activities, I’m excited to focus on growing my territory here in Kansas City, and have my first additional photographer hired (also one of my best friends so we’re having a blast!) but I’ll always be grateful for the wonderful travel experiences that shaped my journey!”

Amanda Day’s genuine smile and bubbly personality shine where ever she goes. We knew she was a rockstar, long before Franchise Business Review recognized her! Amanda hasn’t quite hung up her purple super hero traveling cape, as you will still find her providing beautiful portraits for families up the road in Omaha, NE at our partner schools!

Amanda is our hero for taking such good care of our existing business the past couple of years.
