Franchise Awards 2022

2022 Franchise Awards was one of the highlights of our time together at our Transcend Conference. We love to recognize and award each of our franchise owners who committed themselves to excellence during the previous year. Each year the competition gets tighter because we have so many highly-dedicated franchise owners.

Our franchise awards are based on each of our 5 core values Advocacy, Respect, Integrity, Excellence and Legacy.  All of our franchise owners exhibit these core values, but we selected a few to honor with a special recognition for their performance during the previous year:

Advocacy Awards

Our franchise owners seek opportunities to serve their community. Each owner has aligned themselves with photography projects they are passionate about and many generously donated their time and talent to assist and lift up those who are less fortunate.

Heather Sams received the top honor for her support of JROTC!  Heather donated her time, talent, and an amazing $12,929 in a single year!  Her generosity was astounding!  Heather has donated over $25,000 to this organization during the past 5 years!

Scott and Kara Kellner helped provide child care to needy families through a donation of time and funding to their local Childcare Resources!  Their generosity during 2021 was phenomenal!

Elizabeth Bailey helped fund Christian adoptions! She provided event photography and on-site family portrait sessions and donated the entire proceeds for 7 years in a row!

The Huntsville team hosts their own ‘Focus on Autism’ portrait day every year!  Thank you Tracy Sisson and Lorraine Hill for providing hope & funding autism research and support.  Thank you for your help providing stress-free sessions and a joyful wall portrait for families living with autism. You helped raise $2500 that was donated to an autism support group, The Autism Community in Action, or TACA.

Extra Miler

The Extra Miler Award was earned by someone who consistently went above and beyond to help their fellow franchise owners.

Elizabeth Bailey was chosen by her peers because she always helps others! The words used to describe her included “positive, amazing, supportive, encouraging, super fast, helpful, hard-working, and tremendous.” You have made a difference in so many of our lives and we are truly blessed that you share your talents and hard work with us. You selflessly help franchise owners promote their locations and you work tirelessly to promote SRP with a consistent and excellent branding message. Thank you for using all of your amazing talent to make dreams come true for so many franchise owners!

The Advocate

The Advocate Award was earned by the franchise owner who donated the most through their Advocacy projects.

Heather Sams earned the Advocacy Award for donating $12,929 to a local JROTC unit. She generously donated her time and talent to support an organization that provides purpose and mentorship to high school students.

Media Moguls

The Media Mogul Award goes to the owner who consistently created and shared content through their blog and social media channels.

 

For creating the most entries on your blog and using social media as a super-power, we deemed Kara Kellner, Joey and Sandi Fotheringham, and Christine and Patricia the Media Moguls for 2021!

The Rising Stars

The Rising Star Award goes to the franchise owner with the highest sales in their first season/year. Ashley Babineaux and Amanda Day both blew us away with their first-year performance in 2021!

Shining Star

The Shining Star Award goes to the franchise who achieved the most growth from the previous year.

Christine Mamon and Patricia Mesi were so dedicated to obtaining new accounts and making the most of their existing accounts they increased their sales 153%.  We applauded them for a job well done, and were pleased to present them with the Shining Star Award!

Diamond Order

The Diamond Order Award goes to the highest grossing order for the year.

Higher than average sales are a direct indicator of the quality provided to our customers.  Amanda Day had the highest order for the year from a 10 minute mini-session! We salute you for having the highest order of the year!

Peak Performer

The Peak Performer Award goes to our franchise owner with the highest gross sales for the year.

The Peak Performer Award went to Will Smith and Julie Foster.  Sales are a direct reflection on the quality of product we provide for our customers. Congratulations to your team for achieving the peek performer award for the year!

Happy Customer

Based on customer surveys, the Happy Customer award goes to the franchise with best overall customer satisfaction.

Christine Mamon and Patricia Mesi earned the highest customer experience ratings for the year! 100% of your customers gave you an ‘excellent’ or ‘good’ rating! We salute you for your amazing work and customer service!

The Huntsville Team also received an award for their amazing 96% ‘excellent’ and ‘good’ customer ratings!

Purple Crown

The Purple Crown Award is the highest accolade that we award the top franchise owner each year who excels in all our core values during the previous year. The coveted Purple Crown trophy travels home with the franchise owner.

Christine Mamon and Patricia Mesi are both an excellent example of all our core values!

  • Integrity – never compromising ethics, morals, or standards.
  • Excellence – providing exceptional quality portraits and great customer service: You earned many of our highest scores in print competition and walked the extra mile with your customers!

  • Legacy – operating your business to strengthen your commitment to family and community: You increased your annual sales by 37% and created more jobs!
