When you own a Spoiled Rotten Photography franchise, we make sure you have everything you need to make your business successful. Our franchise training and support covers every area of your business, from pre-training, 11 days of comprehensive new owner training, grand opening assistance, and ongoing training and professional development.
Our continued success as a brand is dependent on the individual success of our franchise owners, so you can count on us to be with you every step of the way.
Pre-Training
Learn Camera and Photography Basics: You don’t have to be a professional photographer, but you have to love taking photos (and working with children, of course). We’ll teach you the rest!
Hands-on Training
Immersion Learning: Our new franchise owners attend an intense 11-day business boot camp at our support center in Huntsville, Alabama, where we develop and hone lighting, posing, business, sales, accounting, workflow, and customer service skills. Prepare to take and edit lots of pictures, give back to an underserved community and come away feeling confident and fulfilled. Grand Opening Assistance
We come to you! We send a trainer to you for your first session at a school! The first step is always the hardest, that’s why we are there for your Grand Opening. We reinforce all that we learned in training, help training your assistant, and visit prospective school partners.

With our grand opening assistance, weekly “start up meetings,” monthly “family video meetings,” and our amazing annual owner’s conference, we keep you at the top of your game!
Account Acquisition
Growing your business requires partnership with local schools – that’s why we put a priority on account acquisition support. We have a systematic, 5 tiered approach for account acquisition. We also have a strategic partnership with a national preschool brand. If you are in an area where they have schools, you will start with a book of business! Video Conferences
When you are in the startup phase, we have a weekly growth meeting to support you with anything you need for starting your business. Topics include account acquisition, portrait techniques, hiring employees, business support, or anything else needed! After your start up phase, we have a monthly “all franchise” support zoom meeting.
Robust Software
We’ve built a powerful business software platform that manages workflow, accounting, customers, on-line sales, website, blog, and automated email and text marketing. It’s easy to keep your business on track!
